Team Selection Process
Each team will be announced following the final tryout day for each age level.
We will be selecting 10-11 players per team and up to 5 alternates. The players selected can commit immediately after selection to their team or can have up to 3 days* to make a final decision based on coach’s and team need. If a player chooses another option other than Paradigm Volleyball, an alternate will be offered the available spot on the team.
*3 days is new as of 2019-2020 tryouts. This change is to more effectively ensure that both the player and Paradigm coordinate in a prompt manner, ensuring roster spots are filled or communicated as available to alternates in a timely manner. The goal being to, as best possible, support placing as many players as possible onto local club rosters
