This summer, Paradigm once again will be offering 5 very different and unique summer camps. These camps are for girls in grades 8 to 12. Grade exceptions are made for players with prior travel club experience. These camps are designed to teach proper technique, quality skill development, Volleyball IQ and the ability to compete.

The All Skills Camp will be held at Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women while our other 4 camps will be held at Hot Shots Indoor Volleyball Center.  At each camp players will be grouped together based on skill and experience level.  Each group will receive intensive technical instruction and the necessary repetitions to reinforce each new skill.

The head coach for all 5 camps is CJ Denk. CJ is the Head Varsity Coach for Our Lady of Mercy High School, while also serving as the Director of the juniors beach program for New York Outdoor Volleyball Association (NOVA) and Hot Shots Indoor Volleyball Center. He is also currently the Club Director and 18s Head Coach for Paradigm Volleyball.

Other coaches will include current club coaches, current and former college players and other local high school and college coaches.

Please Note:
Camps run from 9am - 3pm daily with the exception of the College Prep Camp and the Game Play Camp. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and healthy snacks throughout the day. Lunch is not provided and is the responsibility of each individual player.

All Skills Camp
at Mercy HS

July 7th - 10th
9am - 3pm
Cost: $300
(early bird rate $275 if registered and paid prior to 4/1)

This camp will stress fundamentals, technical focus and overall skill development. All aspects of individual offense and defense will be covered. This camp will help develop the overall skill level of each individual player. The greater the amount of purposeful repetitions, the greater the skills develop. Players of ALL abilities will benefit from these camps. Previous volleyball experience is highly recommended.

College Prep Camp 
at HotShots Volleyball

July 21st - 23rd
9am - 1pm
Cost: $175
(early bird rate $150 if registered and paid prior to 4/1)

The College Prep Camp is the highest level camp that Paradigm Volleyball offers during the summer. The camp is limited to college players and elite high school players. This camp is designed to give players and opportunity to train against other high level players at the next level or preparing to play at the next level

 

Volleyball IQ Camp
at HotShots Volleyball

July 28h - July 29th
9am - 1pm
Cost: $200

This is our NEWEST camp for the summer of 2025! This
camp combines game play drills and strategy sessions
within the game play to help players become smarter and
mentally tougher. Creating a larger and more proficient
Volleyball IQ is the goal of this camp. This is a high level
camp and players NEED to have substantial high school
or club experience.

All Skills Tryout Camp

We have decided to add a 2 day “All Skills Tryout Camp” to our extensive camp schedule for the summer. 

This camp is being run just days  before club tryouts to help players prepare and sharpen their overall skills. It is our hope that participation in this camp can increase each players’ chance at making their desired club team. This camp will also help players prepare themselves for modified, JV and Varsity tryouts later in August. 

This camp will be a combination of skill based drills followed by game play opportunities to practice their skills in a 6 vs 6 environment.  

 

Preseason Tune Up Camp

August 5th-6th (Session 2) 
9am - 3pm
Cost (per session): $200

This is the MOST unique camps in our area. These camps were developed for girls looking to prepare themselves for the upcoming high school preseason. The coaching staff will stress fundamentals in conjunction with jump training, core strengthening and a large amount of competitive game play. These 2 intensive 2 day camps were designed to give each girl a good foundation and a competitive advantage that will lead to early success in their high school season. This is a high level camps and players NEED to have substantial high school or club experience.

 

Game Play Camp 

August 11th - 13th
9am - 12pm
Cost: $200

This is our newest camp to our already great summer camp line up.  This camp will be a high level intensity camp that will be focused on game play and game theory using 2s, 3s, 4s and 6s.  This is another high level camp and players NEED to have substantial high school or club experience.
